Caliber Research — Terms of Service

By using this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Full Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

All products offered by Caliber Research are reference compounds sold solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not offered as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.

You are responsible for lawful handling, storage, labeling, containment, use, and disposal.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Placing an order through the website is an offer to purchase. Caliber Research may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order, including for availability, payment-verification, fraud, compliance, sanctions, shipping, or suspected misuse concerns.

An order is accepted only after payment has been verified and the shipment has been dispatched.

Prices are stated in United States Dollars and may change without notice.

Caliber Research does not process payment cards through the website. Payment is verified manually using the supported peer-to-peer or cryptocurrency methods identified during checkout. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.

Overpayments, underpayments, duplicate payments, and unmatched transactions are handled individually.

Shipments include the carrier's standard included coverage, if any. When the value of an order exceeds that included coverage, purchasing additional insurance is the purchaser's responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the purchaser when Caliber Research delivers a conforming shipment to the carrier.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Transit loss and damage are governed by the carrier's rules, coverage limits, exclusions, and claim decisions.

To be eligible for Caliber Research's assistance with a transit-damage claim, the purchaser must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video beginning before the outer package is opened. The video must show the shipping label, unopened package, opening process, contents, packaging, and claimed damage.

Claims without qualifying evidence may be denied.

Caliber Research does not guarantee carrier approval or payment. Any responsibility relating to carrier loss or damage is limited to the amount of carrier indemnity actually paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Once payment is verified and the order is accepted, all sales are final.

Caliber Research does not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, restocking, or store credit, except where required by applicable law or where Caliber Research fails to fulfill the accepted order as placed.

You will not:

• use or administer a product for human or veterinary use;
• represent a product as intended for human or veterinary use;
• resell, distribute, or transfer a product to a person you know or reasonably should know intends prohibited use;
• misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or research purpose;
• circumvent security, rate limits, approval controls, or access restrictions;
• use the site or any product in violation of applicable law.

The site, its content, product photography, branding, logos, and trademarks are owned by Caliber Research or its licensors.

You receive only a limited, revocable right to access the site and place orders for lawful research purposes. No ownership or broader license is transferred.

Products and site services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Caliber Research disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for any specific research method.

Any Certificate of Analysis or analytical report applies only to the tested sample or batch and is not a guarantee of safety, sterility, efficacy, or downstream suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caliber Research's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Caliber Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost research, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Caliber Research, its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your prohibited use, unlawful use, unauthorized transfer, material breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

Caliber Research may suspend or terminate an account and may refuse service where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, sanctions concerns, false information, prohibited use, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state court located in the Florida county where Caliber Research maintains its principal place of business, or in the federal court serving that county.

Caliber Research may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes may require you to accept the updated Terms before creating an account or placing another order.
