What payment methods are accepted?

Zelle (no added fee), USDC / USDT / PYUSD on Solana (no added fee), Venmo (2% processing fee), and Cash App (2% processing fee). For Solana crypto, send only USDC, USDT, or PYUSD using the Solana network. Do not send native SOL or tokens on any other network.

Why do Venmo and Cash App have a fee?

Caliber Research incurs swap and transaction fees on those platforms. The 2% surcharge on Venmo and Cash App offsets those costs. Zelle and Solana stablecoin payments do not carry an additional payment fee.

What if I want to use PayPal?

Caliber Research does not accept PayPal payments directly. However, PayPal users may be able to purchase PYUSD through PayPal and send PYUSD using the Solana network to the wallet address shown after checkout. Send only PYUSD using the Solana network. Do not send PYUSD through Ethereum or any other network. Do not send native SOL. Crypto payments and Zelle do not include an added payment-processing fee.

Pending Payment Verification may take up to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. After confirmation, orders can no longer be edited.

Yes. The first $100 of coverage is included, and customers may add $1 per additional $100 of coverage at checkout.

Is local service available?

Caliber Research is based in Northeast Florida, and in-person service may be available by prior arrangement in Jacksonville and surrounding communities. This is not a storefront and there are no walk-in hours.

What does "On Order" mean?

Either a replenishment order has been placed with our supplier, or the item is undergoing final independent testing before being released for sale. In either case, the product is not currently purchasable.

What does "Final Lab Tests in Progress" mean?

The material has been received and is undergoing final independent laboratory testing before release. It is not available for sale until required testing is complete.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, compounds are supplied as lyophilized powder. They are not supplied as ready-to-use solutions. Any preparation, handling, or reconstitution must be performed by qualified researchers using an appropriate research protocol and suitable materials. Products remain for laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Need it sooner than the listed status suggests?

If an item is On Order, in Final Lab Tests, or otherwise unavailable, send us a message through our Contact page or use the product's “Make a Request” button. We may be able to arrange a rush order through one of our suppliers, subject to availability and confirmation. Rush options do not bypass independent lab testing, and we cannot guarantee availability or delivery timing.

Who performs your testing?

Caliber Research commissions professional laboratories to perform independent, third-party testing. Products are only offered after that independent testing is completed. Caliber Research does not own or operate a testing laboratory, and the laboratory may differ by report, batch, or compound.

What testing is performed?

Every batch is independently tested for mass and purity, identity, and endotoxins. Testing requirements do not vary by compound. The analytical method is selected by the performing laboratory and is identified on the report.

Is sterility testing performed?

Sterility testing is not normally performed, and no sterility claim is made.

Is endotoxin testing the same as sterility testing?

Accepted Answer

No. Endotoxin testing measures bacterial endotoxin in the submitted sample. It is distinct from sterility testing and should not be interpreted as a sterility result.

Is concentration testing performed?

No. Compounds are supplied as lyophilized powders, not prepared liquid solutions, so there is no prepared solution to test.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A COA records the tests performed and the results reported for a submitted sample. It does not certify suitability, safety, efficacy, or approval for a particular use.

Why must a report match the batch?

Accepted Answer

A report describes one batch. A different batch of the same compound is a different batch with its own report, so confirm the batch or lot number on the report matches the batch you have.

How do Quality Reports match the product I'll receive?

Batches are fulfilled in FIFO order. The current batch is the first to fulfill, with queued batches listed in order.

Are historical reports kept?

Yes. The Quality Reports archive is permanent. Reports for past and retired batches are retained rather than replaced, and stay available after a compound leaves the catalog.

Why do report files require sign-in?

The public archive shows which reports are available for each product and batch. Access to the underlying report files is limited to registered members under Caliber Research's current document-access policy.

Are these products approved for human or veterinary use?

No. For research purposes only. No human or veterinary use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

How do I manage an order?

What if my package is damaged?

If you purchased shipping insurance, you may submit a claim with clear video evidence. To be eligible for a claim, you must record the entire unboxing process from start to finish in one continuous, unedited video. Claims are subject to carrier approval.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are only granted when the customer can provide continuous, unedited video proof of shipping damage and only when shipping insurance was secured for the order. The first $100 of coverage is included automatically; additional coverage can be added at checkout in $100 increments.
