Shipping and Fulfillment
Caliber Research ships research peptides and GLP reference compounds throughout the continental United States. This page explains our general fulfillment schedule, shipping method, tracking, insurance, packaging, product statuses, and Northeast Florida service by prior arrangement.
Fulfillment timing
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. This is a general fulfillment timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If an order requires clarification, additional verification, or another action before fulfillment, the customer may be contacted using the information associated with the order.
Shipping method and tracking
Orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking information is provided after the shipment has been prepared and accepted into the shipping process.
Carrier transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are separate from Caliber Research’s fulfillment timeframe.
Shipping insurance
The first $100 of shipping insurance is included. Additional insurance may be selected when available for orders that require greater coverage.
Customers should review tracking and delivery information promptly and contact support if a shipment appears delayed, damaged, or missing.
How orders are packed
Orders are packed in corrugated shipping boxes with ample protective packing material. Packaging is selected to protect the contents during ordinary carrier handling and transit.
Understanding product statuses
Product statuses describe general availability and release progress. They do not display exact inventory counts.
- In Stock
- Available for ordering and released for sale.
- Low Stock
- Available for ordering, with limited remaining inventory.
- Final Lab Tests in Progress
- The material has been received and is undergoing final independent laboratory testing before release. It is not available for sale until required testing is complete.
- On Order
- Additional inventory has been ordered but has not yet completed the receiving and release process.
- Out of Stock
- Currently unavailable, with no released inventory available for ordering.
- Make a Request
- Not currently stocked as an available catalog item. Customers may submit a request for future consideration.
Northeast Florida service by prior arrangement
Caliber Research is based in Northeast Florida. In-person service may be available by prior arrangement in Jacksonville and surrounding communities, within an approximate service area extending from St. Augustine to St. Marys, Georgia, and west toward Sanderson.
This is not a storefront or walk-in service. Arrangements are handled case by case and may take place at the customer’s location, a mutually agreed neutral meeting location, or another appropriate location.
There is currently no separate local-service fee or local-order minimum. Availability depends on scheduling, location, and prior confirmation.
