We may collect:

• your email address;
• your name and optional phone number;
• account and approval information;
• shipping addresses;
• order details, purchased items, quantities, pricing, discounts, and shipping information;
• transaction identifiers, cryptocurrency transaction hashes, payment-account references, uploaded payment confirmations, or related information used to verify payment;
• messages and information submitted through the Contact Us form;
• account-creation internet-protocol address and basic fraud-prevention signals;
• email delivery, unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint information;
• acceptance of our Terms of Service and Full Legal Disclaimer.

We do not process payment-card numbers through the website.

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• confirm eligibility and approval status;
• verify payment;
• process and fulfill orders;
• ship orders and provide tracking;
• communicate about accounts, payments, orders, and support requests;
• prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
• maintain transaction, accounting, dispute, and legal records;
• manage inventory, product demand, sales activity, and internal business reporting;
• send occasional marketing messages until you unsubscribe.

Our Admin analytics consist of internal first-party business reporting generated from account, product, order, and transaction information already collected through the site.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising trackers, remarketing, Google Signals, session recording, or cross-site behavioral advertising.

The site uses essential and functional browser storage to:

• maintain authentication sessions;
• remember the Research Use acknowledgement during a session;
• preserve cart, coupon, or affiliate information during checkout;
• remember interface preferences;
• avoid repeatedly displaying certain notices.

Optional analytics cookies are used only if you press "Accept analytics" on our cookie notice. Until you accept, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, the site stays silent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer; withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and clears analytics cookies. Declining does not affect essential storage for sign-in, cart, checkout, acknowledgements, or security.

You may clear browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or reset site preferences.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the site and fulfill orders, including:

• authentication, database, and file-storage providers;
• hosting and infrastructure providers;
• email-delivery providers;
• shipping carriers;
• professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
• government authorities or other parties where required by law or legal process.

We provide service providers with information reasonably necessary for them to perform their services. Their processing may also be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and legal obligations.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Caliber Research does not process payment cards through the website.

Payments are completed through supported external peer-to-peer or cryptocurrency services. Depending on the payment method, we may collect a transaction identifier, transaction hash, payment network or asset, amount, timestamp, wallet or payment-account reference, verification notes, or uploaded proof needed to match payment to an order.

Structured transaction records may be retained with the associated order.

Uploaded payment screenshots or files may be removed after verification when they are no longer reasonably needed, but may be retained longer for disputes, fraud review, carrier claims, tax matters, or legal obligations.

Caliber Research may generate internal reports from customer, order, product, payment, coupon, affiliate, and inventory data already stored within the site.

These reports may include sales totals, order volume, average order value, customer spending, popular products, coupon activity, affiliate attribution, inventory movement, and related business trends.

This internal reporting does not involve advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

Separately, when you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 receives limited, non-identifying measurement data: sanitized page paths (private order pages are reported only as /order/:id), static page titles, referrer, approximate location derived by Google from IP, device and browser type, and product, cart, checkout, and order-completion events. Order events include an internal order identifier, order value, currency, shipping and processing-fee amounts, discount and coupon codes, and product identifiers, names, quantities, and prices. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, payment handles, payment proofs, customer notes, order reference numbers shown to you, authentication or reset tokens, signed document links, or any free-form text you enter. Query strings and URL fragments are stripped except for a small allow-list of non-sensitive public values. Administrative and unsubscribe pages are excluded from analytics entirely.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information handled through the site.

No website, database, email system, payment network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, fulfill orders, maintain accounting and transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Different records may be retained for different periods. Some transaction, shipping, payment-verification, suppression, fraud, and legal-acceptance records may remain after an account is closed or deleted.

We do not promise immediate or complete deletion of all records.

You may use the Contact Us form to request:

• access to account-related information;
• correction of inaccurate profile information;
• account deletion or deactivation;
• removal from marketing messages;
• information about how we handle your data.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Certain transaction, shipping, accounting, fraud, suppression, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained.

The site is intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old. Individuals under 21 may not create an account or place an order.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that an underage person submitted personal information, we may delete the information and close the account.

Caliber Research currently serves customers located in the United States and does not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.

An updated policy describes how information will be handled from its effective date forward.
